Experts Club is committed to promptly correcting any error. We believe that transparency in acknowledging mistakes strengthens reader trust and makes us a more accountable media outlet.
Principles
Speed
We correct errors as quickly as possible — factual errors within 4 hours, others within 48 hours.
Visibility
Every correction is visibly labeled on the article with a date and a brief description of what was changed and why.
No Deletion
We do not delete articles merely because they contain an error. We correct them and document the change. Deletion is applied only in cases provided for by law.
Submission Process
Report an Error
Send an email to corrections@expertsclub.com with the article title, description of the error and the accurate information you believe to be correct. Please include the source supporting your claim.
Editorial Verification
The editor responsible for corrections reviews the submission within 24 hours on business days. In the case of a major or urgent error (factual error, incorrect identification of a person, inaccurate financial data), the response is within 4 hours.
Decision and Publication of Correction
If the error is confirmed, the article is corrected immediately. The correction is visibly noted at the bottom of the article: 'Correction [date]: [what was changed and why]'. The original is not visible to readers, but is kept in the editorial archive.
Response to Submitter
The person who submitted the report receives a written response about the outcome of the process. If the request is unfounded, we explain the reasons. The editorial team does not issue blanket rejections — every request is considered based on fact-checking.
